Amy Schaden

Chief Administrative Officer

Amy Schaden is International Bancard’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).

In this role, Schaden is responsible for developing and executing strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization; internal process improvement, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management; and helping to drive growth for International Bancard.

With more than 20 years of experience dedicated to entrepreneurial business growth Schaden excels at progressive strategic responsibilities and motivating teams to succeed. She has consistently been recognized for partnering with executive leadership to align strategic HR programs to achieve business operational objectives. Her keen ability to enable, excite, and inspire an organization’s success through engagement focused behaviors will guide International Bancard to the next stage of strategic growth.

Prior to joining International Bancard, her most recent roles included leading the Global Human Resources Compensation Operations team and the Global Human Resources for Global Finance at General Motors, where she provided strategic direction and support for the global compensation planning operations team. Schaden focused heavily on talent development, change management, and the implementation and execution of HR plans within diverse business environments.

Schaden has served on the board of directors for St. John Hospital/Ascension Health as avidly supports the Fontbonne and Tau Beta Organization at the Children’s Center of Detroit. 

She holds a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Relations both from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich. Schaden currently resides in Grosse Pointe Shores, Mich., with her husband and three children.
